We reply fast — because we mean it

The Society operates on a simple support principle: every inbound message is read by a software engineer, not routed through a tier-one triage bot. We have a target first-response time of two business hours for all enquiries received Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 IST. For Growth and Enterprise plan customers, the response SLA is contractually guaranteed. If you are evaluating The Society for your team and want to see the platform in action before committing to a trial, we offer a 30-minute live demo where we configure a real pipeline against a sample repository — no slides, no sales deck.

    Send questions about the product, your account, or partnership opportunities to [email protected]. We aim to reply within two business hours on working days.

  • Technical support

    Active subscribers can open a support ticket directly from the dashboard. Tickets are triaged by the on-call engineer and include full access to deployment logs for the relevant incident window.

  • Visit us in Navan

    Our office is at 14 Trimgate Street, Navan, Co. Meath. We welcome in-person meetings by appointment — Navan is 45 minutes by train from Dublin Connolly and sits at the heart of the M3 corridor.

Our 30-minute demo session is run by a product engineer who will connect a sample Node.js or Python repo, walk through the .society.yml configuration, trigger a canary deploy, and demonstrate the automatic rollback flow — live, not recorded.
